Location Hunting

Green, grassy and seemingly excluded is what we wanted. A forest would be fantastic, but we needed to think realistically about how we would transport an entire set up of props, 4 models, all the equipment and wardrobe changes as well as ourselves to any location further out of the city without a car. Because of this we considered all the possible options that Preston has to offer including all the parcs, forests and any slightly green spaces.

Jade took some photos of foliage and green areas that we could base our shoot in:

The green look really bright which will contrast well with the colours we will style the models with. Jess took some photos of Moor Park as a possible location too (which I would like to put up now but cannot save them from the slideshow on her blog). Its got huge open spaces and little wooded areas which photograph really well. Its also got a lot more light compared to Avenham as it's not in a valley with hills on any side. Its also close to Jess's house which means we can store all the equipment, numerous props and various outfits there in between changes.
